Technical characteristics of the SU&GIU oven for pizza

The technical characteristics of Rotoforno are the same:
It is a self-carrying oven with a steel structure.


The burning is with wood, gas and pellets

The cooking body is composed by inert strong refractary with a resistance of 1250° C
Thickness varies from 10 to 15 cm.
Specific weight varies from 2800 to 3200 kg a cubic meter

Insulation can be constituited by glasswool and/or rockwool.

The body of movements is formed by a steel box containing engines and mechanisms able to the use, situated outside the cooking body.

The control board is formed by a programmable computerizable board with a digital display indicating times, temperatures and work operations.

Characteristics of the refractary:
Harmful effects for flora and fauna: null
Changing of the product under the action of the: heat=null – light=null
Fire and explosion risks: null

Toxicological effects:
- skin=null
- ocular mucosa=null
- respiratory functions=null
- blood cells=null
- case of ingestion=null

Electric characteristics: 220 volts (50 hz) power required
- power rotating engine kw 0.13
- power lifting plate kw 0.33
- the plate lifting is oil-dynamic

Oven weights are:
- Mod. 110 = about Kg. 1700
- Mod. 130 = about Kg. 1800
- Mod. 150 = about Kg. 2000

Glasses are tempered at 250° esternal
- the glass is ceramic
- the thermic shock is 750°

The optimum diameter of the flue:
- Wood: cm 20 (better is cm 25) for mod. 110 and mod. 130; cm 25 for mod 150
- Gas: cm 20
- Pellets: cm 20
Draught in chimneys with a lower diameter can be helped by a draught.

In the gas model: the burner is at constant blowing air and the flame regulation is at a graduate scale.
