Lifting the cooking surface ensures better productivity because it is possible to cook optimally at different heights by choosing the temperature best suited for cooking your pizzas. Lifting means the cooking surface can be heated more evenly and quickly since the temperature under the dome is 200 °C higher than the base, since the plate is completely embraced by the flame.
The RotoForno® SU&GIU® is also supplied ready for external finishing by the client in relation to individual requirements.
