POSSIBILITY OF CHANGING THE TYPE OF POWER SUPPLY

Piano cottura microforataMarana ovens can adapt to to your needs. Power supply system can be changed even after purchase and following the same logic even ovens can be converted… for example, wood-fired Rotoforno can be converted to gas or vice versa, or even into a combined wood-gas, wood-pellets, gas-pellets, wood-gas-pellets system.

Design construction

Our rotary ovens for pizzerias and homes are divided into several models and sizes: Rotoforno series, Tuttotondo series and Design series. All our rotary pizza oven lines use the same materials and the same technologies and boast the same strengths. The differences between different rotary pizza ovens lie in their design construction.

Buying a new pizza oven means investing in your business. If you invest, this means that you want to: improve quality, increase production, simplify, reduce overheads and earn more. Marana Forni has studied optional system that help enhance the functionality of rotary pizza ovens1

Turbo gas

Exploit gas heating for a pizza oven intelligently. TurboGas is a burner placed under cooking surface that optimises heating and maximises gas yield in the pizza oven, thereby reducing costs. Available on all pizza oven models.

Turbo wood

An intelligent method to ensure that pizzas are always properly cooked while also achieving savings. TurboLegna makes it possible to use embers to provide more heat to the pizza cooking surface. TurboLegna exploits something that you have already paid for: the wood! Some advantages are: increased productivity and reduced physical and psychological fatigue (every pizza chef knows what it means to be able to rely on an oven that maintains its temperature). In addition, it helps save both energy and money and makes it even easier to clean the oven. Available on all rotary pizza oven models.

Special hatch closure

Few people know that an efficient wood-burning or gas pizza oven does not require a good draw but correct draw of fumes. Common faults in fume draw for pizza ovens include: Poor draw: incomplete combustion, slower heating and smoke escaping from your oven and your premises, with higher consumption. Excessive draw: fumes and smoke – as well as heat – rise in the chimney. Oven heating is slow, with lower yield and higher consumption. The special hatch closure improves the draw to ensure optimal combustion and better temperature uniformity inside the rotary oven. This ensures better performance by your pizza oven. The special closure allows you to adjust the chimney’s draw. Available on all pizza oven models.

Patch Console

Your work is important, so little or nothing should be left to chance. The Patch Console is an immediate and easy to use electro-mechanical control unit. It has simple and practical functions: rotation, plate stop and lift command (the latter for SU&GIU ovens). It replaces the main console when it is being repaired and means that you can always rely on your SU&GIU® rotary-lift oven. It’s rather like having a spare tyre for your car. Available on all rotary pizza oven models.

Spare parts kit

In a word: profitable! Our pizza ovens only require very simple maintenance. For this reason, at the time of purchase of the oven we also offer a cost-effective package for the peace of mind of our customers. Available on all pizza oven models.

Wood rack in refractory steel

The rack is used to place wood inside the oven. The special construction of the combustion side developed for Marana® rotary wood-fired pizza ovens allows the flame to take oxygen and strength from underneath the rack through an adjustable air intake. This helps develop very high temperatures by burning practically all the wood and leaving only very fine ash. The rack is built in AISI 321 refractory steel resistant to high temperatures and a 3 year warranty. Available on all pizza oven models.

Su&Giu provision

What is the SU&GIU® patent? It ensures the possibility of always cooking pizzas at the ideal temperature and simultaneously allows the oven’s cooking surface to heat up. How? Inside a pizza oven, as we all know, there are different temperatures between the side with the fire and the opposite side, and between the cooking surface and the dome (even as much as three hundred degrees centigrade). It is precisely this difference in temperature between the cooking surface and the dome that the SU&GIU® function exploits by moving the cooking surface. This system was designed and patented by MARANA® FORNI Available on all rotary pizza oven models.

Gas provision

Maximum versatility with wood or pellet ovens. The gas provision means your wood or pellet oven can be converted to a gas or combined oven at a later time after the original installation of your rotary oven. Available on all rotary pizza oven models.

Pellet provision

Maximum versatility for wood or gas ovens. The pellet provision turns your gas or wood oven into a pellet oven or, if so required, into a combined pizza oven: wood-pellets or gas-pellets. All this can be achieved at a later time after the installation of your pizza oven. Available only on RotoForno® models.

Wood provision

All our rotary pizza ovens are designed to be fired with wood.

Gas burner

The cleanest and most convenient way to cook pizza in an oven. Gas comes close to the quality and tradition of cooking in a wood-fired oven. We have three burner models available. Read the analysis or ask for more information. Available on all pizza oven models.
